The criminal case originated in early 2023 when a young woman filed a formal complaint against the Moroccan football captain following an encounter at his private residence.

According to the official testimony presented to the judicial authorities, the complainant and the athlete first established contact through the social media platform Instagram. The victim asserted that the elite athlete sexually abused her without her consent, detailing during the hearings that the defendant exhibited aggressive behavior that eliminated any possibility of consensus.

Defense Rejects Charges

Conversely, the legal defense team of the Moroccan international has firmly rejected the accusations, questioning the overall consistency of the complainant’s narrative.
